Rooms have been reserved at the following hotels near the Congress Venue for the convenience of congress participants.

• The above rates are per room, per night, in a double room for single use and include buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes.
• The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is not included and should be paid directly by the guest to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• Accommodation will be confirmed only upon full payment of the total amount.
• For any written cancellation of accommodation received by August 22, 2025, the cost of one night will be withheld as cancellation fees.
• After this date, full charges will apply and no refunds will be possible.
